It's the 21st century and you are saying to yourself "Where's my flying car damnit!" Well they're not making much progress on that front however the Jetsons would have no problem adapting to the cuisine coming out of Japan's vending machines. Take, for example the Morinaga hotcake in a can.
Brought to you by the DyDo corporation, the premier purveyors of stuff that you used to eat but now can drink the "Hot Cake Shake" will set you back ¥110 and comes in hot and… err... sadly… cold versions. Remember that time in college….
So if you are just too rushed to get your empty calories by sitting down to breakfast and plowing into a stack of buttery pancakes like those pictured on the can why not do the next best thing and drink them!
